22 February 2016

Building work is currently underway at Selkirk Health Centre to provide additional clinical rooms and improve the facility for our patients and staff. This is due to be completed by the end of March 2016.

As part of this work, articulated lorries and other smaller vehicles will deliver plant machinery and goods to the Health Centre site on the morning of Saturday 27th February. This may cause short periods of disruption on the roads surrounding the site and through Selkirk itself during the morning. Every effort will be made to keep this to a minimum.

The car park at the Health Centre and Andrew Lang Unit will be closed to the public from 6pm on Friday 26th until Sunday 28th to ensure clear access for the delivery and also to ensure public safety.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to thank our health centre neighbours and local community in advance for their patience.
