'Small Changes, Big Difference' at SBC

‘Small Changes, Big Difference’ supports people across the Borders to improve and maintain their health and wellbeing.

The campaign was launched by NHS Borders in October 2014 and proved to be extremely successful; winning an award in 2015. It is being extended to Scottish Borders Council (SBC) and SB Cares staff in 2017, giving them the chance to experience the same benefits.

At the heart of the campaign is the idea that making small changes to your lifestyle can achieve significant results. By making small and manageable changes to your routine you are far more likely to be able to keep going, be successful and get more lasting results.

Getting involved in ‘Small Changes, Big Difference’ can give you the inspiration to make that all-important first step to feeling good about yourself and improving your wellbeing.

Campaign aims

For SBC, the main purpose of the 'Small Changes, Big Difference' Campaign is to support staff to improve and maintain their health and wellbeing.
