Beating the Blues

Beating the Blues is a computerised cognitive-behavioural therapy programme for individuals with mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety.

The programme consists of 8 online sessions which last approximately an hour and help users to understand the link between how they think, how they feel and how they behave. The programme teaches strategies to help you cope better in the short term and develop skills to help you in the future.
