All telephones at the Knoll Hospital, Duns Health Centre, Merse Medical Group and Duns Medical Group are currently unavailable.
NHS Borders is working with British Telecom to resolve this disruption as a matter of urgency.
If you require contact with either the Knoll or Duns Medical Practice during this time you will be put through to a recorded message offering options.
In order to maintain essential communications, members of the public and staff should, until further notice, only phone the Knoll Hospital, Duns Health Centre, Merse Medical Group or Duns Medical Group if it is a matter of urgency. In these cases, if you are unable to get through please contact NHS24 on 111.
