3 November 2016

Scottish Borders Health and Social Care Partnership is working with the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) to re-shape our approach to providing local health and social care services. NDTi will help us identify what services we want and need here in the Borders and assist us in developing a programme to deliver these services.

We invite you to come and help us determine what is required in terms of health and social care services in your area. This is your opportunity to have a say in the future shape of your local services.

We invite everyone to come along, for example:

  • Interested local people including service users, carers and volunteers
  • Members of Locality Planning groups
  • Health and social care staff active in these localities
  • Independent Health Contractor staff
  • Other staff from council, NHS, voluntary and independent sectors
  • Borders wide staff and other partner organisations
