Making Sense of Difficulties

As part of the assessment and treatment planning process, we will work together to complete a formulation.

In a formulation we make sense of your past and current experiences and map out areas and opportunities for change and help.

What Is Psychological Therapy?

- An evidence-based approach we can use to work through emotional problems and mental health conditions.
- To understand and change thoughts, feelings, behaviour and relationships, helping you learn healthier ways to handle life’s challenges.
- A safe space to explore challenges, what may have happened to you and what you want for the future.

We want to help you make therapy a success. Let us know if there is anything you need us to help you with, such as considering if this is the right time for you or with practical or online access.
