Improve access and reduce barriers.

Recruit and retain staff.

Create a positive and effective service.

This applies to everyone working in psychological services.

Support wellbeing.

Support growth.

Support professional development.

Provide clear information for referrers and service users.

Improve flow and timely treatment through productive working and quality improvement.

Develop and widen access to electronic cognitive behavioural therapy, known as eCBT.

Co-produce with people who have lived experience.

Deliver trauma-informed training and development across the Borders.
