Consultations are by appointment only. To make an appointment please phone (01361) 810216 during surgery hours. Our receptionists will make every effort to offer you an early appointment. However, in situations which are not urgent, this may not be on the same day. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate it if you would ring to let us know so that the time can be offered to another patient.

Out of hours: NHS 24 on 111

If you need to contact the doctor in an emergency, out of surgery opening hours, please phone NHS24 on 111 which offers an emergency service out of normal surgery hours.

Home visits:

Home visits are available on request for patients who are too unwell to get to the surgery, please contact the surgery before 10:30 to request a visit where possible.

Repeat prescriptions:

Repeat Prescriptions should be requested on the answerphone or by handing your repeat slip to the surgery or Greenlaw Pharmacy. Your request is usually processed the same day, but please allow 48 hours.
