I have an appointment at Cauldshiels, Borders General Hospital, Melrose.

When I arrive at the hospital, I enter through the blue doors signed Main Entrance and I will walk straight ahead to the Yellow Zone
Picture7 (1) When I get to the double doors ‘Yellow Zone G’, I will see signs for ‘Cauldshiels’ above the door and will walk through these doors.

At the end of the corridor, I will turn right

Head through the two sets of doors

I will then see the Cauldshiels waiting room

I will tell the receptionist that I have arrived for my appointment

I will sit in the waiting room until someone calls my name
