UNIVERSAL CLAIM FRAMEWORK (UCF)

  • UCF allows electronic claiming for pharmacy led services.

  • CPUS forms must be kept in a locked drawer for emergency/back up use ONLY if you encounter technical problems when trying to dispense electronically via UCF. 

  • UCF will allow reimbursement from electronic claiming only.

  • Pharmacy First/Smoking Cessation/Gluten Free/EHC and CPUS will be on a single form and processed via the PMR.
