50 to 64 year olds
- Those aged 50 – 64 can book their autumn/winter flu and Covid-19 vaccinations appointment now via the online portal: https://vacs.nhs.scot/csp/
- If you have previously selected to receive vaccination appointments or reminders by email, remember to check your junk folder for your booking confirmation email. Please note this will come from an @nhs.scot email address.
- Alternatively, you can opt to get your free flu vaccination at one of our participating community pharmacies. Participating pharmacies are subject to change, so please click here to find the most up-to-date information. Vaccinations within pharmacies will be administered subject to availability on a first come first served basis. Please note that community pharmacies only administer flu vaccines; they do not offer Covid-19 booster vaccinations.

For Information
- At least 12 weeks should have passed since receiving your last dose of the Covid-19 vaccine before a booster is administered.
- Those eligible who have tested positive for Covid-19 must wait 4 weeks from the date of a positive test or first symptoms (whichever was first) to get the Covid-19 vaccine. However, you can still attend the appointment you have been offered in your appointment letter to get your flu vaccination, as long as 1 week has passed since you tested positive. You can then make another appointment for your Covid-19 vaccination at a later date.
- Vaccinations will be administered in community clinics. Please do not contact your GP practice to book your autumn/winter Flu or Covid-19 appointment as they will not be able to book it for you.
