Quality practice placement experiences, within a positive learning environment, support the development of health care professionals to deliver safe and effective person centred care. Following the launch of the Quality Standards for Practice Placements an audit tool was developed.
As such this audit tool is one of a number of resources which can help practice educators to evidence the quality of the learning evironment.
The QSPP is is in 4 sections, with section 1 being a questionnaire for students, which should then be shared with your practice educator to improve services offered.

This feedback helps us to make sure we are providing quality placements that are meeting the learners needs. Your feedback is important to us. The feedback will go to the NHS Borders AHP Practice Education Lead who will collate feedback across all areas. Please complete this form.
