What is Mobility?

Mobility refers to children’s ability to move freely and safely, whether it’s through walking, running, climbing, or using assistive devices like wheelchairs. Mobility is important for physical development, coordination, and spatial awareness. Mobility is important to develop strong muscles and bones to engage in play and overall holistic development.
