Mental wellbeing

We are currently working hard to update our local resources and training for promoting and protecting mental wellbeing. 

The Scottish Borders’ Doing Well Team has a self-help leaflet for all mild to moderate mental health conditions. From ‘Coping with Agoraphobia’ to ‘Dealing with Worry’ you can download the Doing Well leaflets from the NHS Borders intranet - Doing Well Service.
