To support people to write their nominations we have put together 4 simple steps to writing a great nomination:
1. Don't wait until the last minute
Give yourself enough time to put together a good quality entry. Don't leave it until the deadline to rush something that doesn't do justice to the individual or team you are nominating.
2. Keep it simple and to the point
Ensure your entry is easy to understand. Focus on what the judges are actually asking for. Use clear, plain language, free from jargon and unexpected acronyms.
3. Answer the question
Read each section of the nomination form carefully and provide the information that is being asked for, using examples and evidence wherever possible.
4. Be passionate
Your entry should explain why you're passionate about the person, team or project so the judges can understand the scale of what has been achieved and why it's exciting to you.
