Experiencing issues with your PMR System

If you have an issue with your PMR system, please log a call with your System supplier.  You will need to have a note of your account number.  Your supplier telephone number or weblink to your supplier helpdesk is normally found on your PC desktop.  Log your call and state what the issue is.  Ensure you receive a call reference number and a timeframe for the issue to be addressed.  If you encounter any problems with logging calls, please escalate by emailing: CommunityPharmacy.Team@borders.nhs.uk

Access Requests

NHS Mail Requests

Please submit any new NHS mail requests using this Email Account Request Form and email to: CommunityPharmacy.Team@borders.scot.nhs.uk . A call will then be logged with our IT service desk to set up an email account on your behalf.  For further information about NHS mail please have a look at our NHS Mail Help pages

PCR Login Requests

Please use the PCR Login form to request any new PCR logins - this is only available to registered Pharmacists or Technicians working in the one of the Borders Community Pharmacies.

Emergency Care Summary (ECS)

Please submit any new ECS requests using this ECS request form and email to: CommunityPharmacy.Team@borders.scot.nhs.uk

WIFI

Consult this instruction sheet to set up a new device on your WIFI.  You need to create a new user (device) on your existing PC and then login to your new device access your email which will contain the rest of the details to complete setup on this new device.
